Careful to details and profuse Michelangelo loves the tradition and the genuine products that grow in our lands. That is why, a precious source for his cookery inspiration is the use of products which are directly cultivated by Domenico (the hotel’s fouder) in the hotel’s property, such as oil, spices, fruits and vegatables.
The cookery will propose you different menus in which you could choose by your liking among fresh and polished specialities -vegetarian too- fine dacorated dishes, served with politeness and professionality.
