Anna is the mother,
the house’s grandma,
she worked as female cook in hotel’s kitchen,
next to Domenico, by passion and sacrifice, she has maden the Relax Hotel’s dream come true.
At the moment Marco deals with hotel’s cooking, but Anna keep following some details, insomuch as our most affectionate guests will distinguish some typical flavours belonging her cookery.

STRANGOLAPRETI FROM TRENTINO
Ingredients:
300 g. spinach
3-4 stale bread rolls
1/2 litre milk
2 eggs
3 spoons white flour
Butter
Sage
Parmesan cheese
Salt
Cooking:
Boil the spinach in salted water, then squeeze them and go them through with a fine-tooth comb.
Chop the bread and soak it slightly in the lukewarm milk, add the eggs, the white flour and a bit salt, mix all together. Amalgamate the spinach using for a little while a mixer.
With the obtained dough make the gnocchi and cook them in salted water. Serve them with melted butter, sage and parmesan cheese.
