Terms and conditions

The prices are per person per day for a minimum of 3 nights, including the current taxes (VAT and for the stay).
For stays under 3 nights it will be applied an additional charge of 10%.
Children under 3 stay in their parents' room for free.
Children from 4 to 7, half-price.
Children from 8 to 14, special -price.

For extra bed we propose special discounts.
We kindly ask your comprehension, that for organization reasons, certain room numbers or floors cannot be confirmed.
Little size dogs are welcome on request.

ON YOUR ARRIVAL DAY: rooms are available from 14.00 p.m.

ON THE DEPARTURE DAY: rooms must be left at 10.00 a.m.

BOOKINGS: Rooms are booked only after a written confirmation from both sides. If you would like to book, please send us an e-mail (info@hotellagardenia.com) or a fax (+39 0365-954214). We consider a reservation definitive after we have received a deposit through postal order , bank cheque or bank transfer, we accept your credit card number, too. In case of prior departure or deleted arrival we will keep the deposit or charge the amount for max. 3 night stay.
If you book your holiday a long time before, we kindly ask you to contact us again by phone or fax or e-mail a week before the arrival date.

PAYMENTS: we suggest you to pay cash, in case of payment by credit card we accept Mastercard/Eurocard and Visa.
