next to Domenico, by passion and sacrifice, she has maden the Relax Hotel’s dream come true.
At the moment Marco deals with hotel’s cooking, but Anna keep following some details, insomuch as our most affectionate guests will distinguish some typical flavours belonging her cookery.

Stuffed cabbage
Ingredients for a big cabbage
for the stuffing:
200 gr breadcrumbs
80 gr grated parmesan
1 egg
30 gr minced parsley
100 gr minced bacon or salami
a drop of Lake Garda extra-virgin olive oil
salt
pepper
for the cooking:
an onion
30 gr butter
1 half dl Lake Garda extra-virgin olive oil
water

Preparation
Remove the hardest leaves, boil the cabbage in salted water and then let it cold. Switch to the stuffing preparation. Mix together the parmesan and the breadcrubs. Beat the egg with salt and parsley. Put oil and minced salami with the bread and cheese mix together. Amalgamate all with the beated egg. Fill the cabbage hearth with the stuffing, then reform all with the leaves helping you adding a bit of stuffing. Once reformed the cabbage, bind it with the cook string. Immerge the cabbage in a large deep casserole, with some water, oil, butter and a thin cutted onion. Bake it slowly on a low heat until it takes colour, turning carefully from time to time.
